Exclusion of liability:
1. Liability for content
The content of my website was created with the greatest possible care. However, I do not guarantee that this content is correct, complete, up-to-date and that you like it. According to Section 7 Paragraph 1 of the TMG, I am responsible for the content, even if it was ordered.
According to Sections 8, 9 and 10 of the TMG, I am under no obligation to monitor information from third parties that has been transmitted or stored or to collect evidence that indicates unlawful activities. This does not affect my obligation to block or remove information that is based on general law and that deserves attention.
However, I am only liable at the moment I become aware of a specific violation of rights. The relevant content will then be removed immediately.
2. Liability for links
My website contains links that lead to external websites of third parties, over whose content I have no influence. It is therefore not possible for me to guarantee this content.
The respective provider/operator of the relevant website is always responsible for this. I check the websites I link to in full at the time of linking for a possible legal violation.
However, without specific evidence, I cannot be expected to constantly monitor the content of the linked websites. However, if I become aware of a legal violation, I will remove the relevant link immediately; I can do that.
3. Copyright
The content on my website is, as far as possible, protected by copyright. Written permission from the creator is required for anyone who copies, edits, distributes or uses the content.
Downloading and copying my website must be permitted in writing by me for both private and commercial use. I would like to point out that I have always respected the copyright of third parties with regard to the content on my website, as long as it was not created by me.
If you would inform me that you have nevertheless found a copyright infringement, I would greatly appreciate it. Then I can remove the relevant content immediately and would no longer infringe copyright, i.e. not continue an illegal situation.
4. Embedded content from other websites
Posts on this website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, posts, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking services, and record your interaction with that embedded content, including your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Data protection declaration
Basics
This data protection declaration is intended to inform users of this website about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator.
The website operator takes your data protection very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions. Since new technologies and the constant further development of this website may result in changes to this data protection declaration, we recommend that you read the data protection declaration again at regular intervals.
Definitions of the terms used (e.g. “personal data” or “processing”) can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.
Access data
We, the website operator or site provider, collect data on access to the website based on our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) and save this as “server log files” on the website server. The following data is logged in this way:
– Website visited
– Time at the time of access
– Amount of data sent in bytes
– Source/reference from which you accessed the site
– Browser used
– Operating system used
– IP address used
The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, for example in order to be able to clarify cases of misuse. If data has to be retained for evidentiary reasons, it is exempt from deletion until the incident has been finally resolved.
Reach measurement & cookies
This website uses cookies for pseudonymized reach measurement, which are transferred either from our server or the third-party server to the user’s browser. Cookies are small files that are stored on your device. Your browser accesses these files. The use of cookies increases the user-friendliness and security of this website. If you do not want cookies to be stored on your device for reach measurement purposes, you can object to the use of these files here:

Common browsers offer the option of not allowing cookies. Note: There is no guarantee that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions if you make the appropriate settings.
Collection and processing of personal data
The website operator only collects, uses and passes on your personal data if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the data collection. Personal data includes all information that is used to identify you and which can be traced back to you – for example, your name, email address and telephone number. You can also visit this website without providing any personal information. However, to improve our online offering, we store your access data to this website (without any personal reference). This access data includes, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. By anonymizing the data, it is not possible to draw conclusions about you personally.
Personal data that is processed
We process personal data such as first name, last name, IP address, email address, place of residence, postcode and content details from the contact form.
We only process personal data with the express permission of the users concerned and in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
The processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest in fulfilling our contractually agreed services and optimizing our online offering.
Handling of contact details
If you contact us as the website operator using the contact options offered, your details will be saved so that they can be used to process and answer your request. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
Deletion of data
If your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no statutory retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.
Right of objection
Users of this website can exercise their right of objection and object to the processing of their personal data at any time.
If you would like to have the personal data stored about you corrected, blocked, deleted or provided with information, or if you have questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data or would like to revoke consents given, please contact the email address provided in the imprint.
